Similar to fastest growing Amazon.com sellers, October on eBay was all about Halloween costumes. Many of the top sellers were able to take advantage of the Halloween rush.
It is hard to pick out one seller to highlight. There are many niche stores, like mayfair99 selling stamps, and the many costume sellers.
We noticed ebayshippingsupplies, a seller selling eBay-branded shipping supplies, before. This month they continued to grow, as eBay and sellers are trying to use the eBay brand recognition. eBay reported small growth in Q3 2016 though, so the brand is struggling to attract new customers. The key for eBay is to reinvent the brand and make customers value it more,
