We noticed that often products sold by merchants are not fulfilled from the local country. For example it's not uncommon to see products shipped from China on Amazon USA. Thanks to ever-decreasing fulfilling costs most Amazon marketplaces have become global platforms. Thus we looked at where most of the sellers are based.

Amazon China and GOME announced a partnership in which GOME will start selling on Amazon.cn. GOME Electrical Appliances Holding Limited was founded in Beijing in 1983. It's one of the oldest and largest electronics retailers in China and Honk Kong. In 2015 GOME's yearly revenue reached close to $10 billion. To keep that in perspective, Amazon's yearly revenue is $100 billion, thus GOME had tremendous sales.
