Yahoo Shopping is third largest e-commerce marketplace in Japan, after Rakuten and Amazon Japan.

In 2016 Yahoo Shopping generated 454.5 billion yen (4.0 billion US$) in sales, plus an additional 889.7 billion yen (7.83 billion US$) on Yahoo Auctions. In comparison Rakuten generated 3,009.5 billion yen (26 billion US$) in sales.

Last reported quarter 2019 Q1 it was ¥204.20 billion, up by 23% year-over-year from ¥166.50 billion. From ¥597.90 billion in 2017 it increased by 22% to ¥731.30 billion in 2018.
